BSI With many global visitors attending their building in Chiswick, it was important to keep delegates informed of their meeting schedules and provide consistent information on their meetings throughout the building. In addition, company employees needed a visual channel other than email and intranet to keep them informed of current company news. PWG Screen Media installed a screen network and LED pedestals throughout the building and bridged software to provide consistent information. The plasma screens in the reception area and throughout the building show a mixture of company news and meeting information and are also used to greet visitors and provide them information pertaining to their meetings. Visitors are then guided to their meeting rooms via a network of LED displays strategically positioned throughout the building. Our systems have improved employee awareness and eased the process of getting several visitors to their meetings on time.
