O2 Academy

PWG Screen Media have deployed a digital screen network throughout O2 Academy UK venues.

PWG were chosen from a short list of providers - based on their experience and credentials, having successfully deployed large scale digital screen networks for leading brands.

The screens will be used to communicate up and coming events, gigs and concerts - together with ticketing information and current / forthcoming promotional artist videos.

Purpose made ( branded) wall mounted housings were manufactured to accommodate the 40" LCD screens mounted in landscape.

Following a simple training exercise the team at O2 can operate and update content to the screens. Each venue has the facility to display individual content to each screen.

About 02 Academy

O2 Academy venues give our gig-goers a unique experience. Perks include; unique O2 Academy Angels in the venue with giveaways; a warm up bar with bespoke music themed furniture and games, free artist content bluetoothed to customers phones and live experiences such as mobile phone tattooing.

O2 have recently partnered with Live Nation and the Academy Music Group to rename some of the UK's most iconic music venues such as Brixton, Shepherds Bush and Glasgow, now known as O2 Academy venues. This partnership allows O2 to offer their customer's great experiences and priority access to all gigs in our O2 Academy venues as well as Live Nation promoted gigs across the UK. O2 customers will get 48 hour pre-sales to approximately 4,500 gigs each year as well as perks at the venues themselves and access to a constant flow of content.
