Because each client
is different, we apply a tailored approach to each project. Every
project undergoes a thorough process to ensure client satisfaction.
Consultation
At the preliminary
stage we ascertain which persons would become responsible for running
the network. Content creation, implementation and updating the network
can involve different departments within an organisation. Therefore
we encourage these departments to become actively involved in the
consultation process in order to improve the efficiency of the system.
It is important at this stage to establish what is to be achieved
from the project. This enables us to propose a system architecture,
and ensure that the content on each screen within the system can
be kept relevant and pertinent to its audience. We will also be
able to highlight the best ways to capture any real time data that
needs to be shown on the screen network.We also seek to establish
all budgetary and time parameters as soon as possible, in order
to meet all realistic expectations.
Installation
Whether we are installing
a single screen for a reception area or a network of screens across
multiple sites globally, a comprehensive site survey is conducted
by an assigned Project Manager. The site survey will reveal what
preliminary work is required before our engineers are on site for
the installation.
From the survey, we can establish a realistic timescale for implementation
and make any further recommendations that will maximise the effectiveness
of the network.
Training & Template
Design (Optional)
Our systems are designed
to be as user friendly as possible therefore there are occasions
where there is enough expertise within an organisation not to need
additional training from PWG Screen Media.
Where a system needs to be live and seamless from day one, we can
provide easy edit templates and training to make this possible.
The easy edit templates will replicate the “feel” of company publications
and websites yet they require little or no maintenance to keep the
information relevant, as most of the information will be from external
sources. When internal information is of importance, the easy edit
templates allow for swift updates from people with little training.
Our training modules consist of content creation and content management.
Our systems do not use a dedicated authoring environment. This allows
for greater flexibility when creating content as existing creative
talents within an organisation can be utilised.
